Question: Is there an expiration date when you are dealing with a breakup? Like how long it should last? Definitely one to ponder.... - LewisG

Comments, questions, or complaints? Since there is no real way to respond directly to these things here I've added my email to the left side of the screen. Just shoot me a message there and anytime you feel a thought send the message there. :o)

I recently signed myself up for a yoga class through a local yoga club/place/center. What I do know about yoga is limited. You stretch, tone and meditate. Thankfully I have barely any flexibility so this class should help. As for meditating, it would be nice to be able to relax and destress after a long day. I had a few friends who have done yoga in the past. They all claim it's one of the best things that they have done. They certainly appeared looser. Hell Sting (of the Police fame) even uses Tantric yoga to make love to his wife for hours on end. So it has to have some redeeming qualities. All I know is that the very first class will be interesting. Not only for me learing the moves of yoga. (If you know of a good beginner book...email me...) But the instructor is gonna have one hell of a time trying to get me to loosen up and be able to get into some of those funky positions. Hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoys the coming of Spring!! - LewisG

Just a morning coffee thought....was out walking my dog last night and saw the funniest thing. Across the street a car was obviously broken down but was perfectly parked next to the "No Parking Anytime Sign". Further proof that you need to have a camera with you at all times.... -LewisG

Well now, so much to write about with life as it is at this moment. I could touch on love and how it either is really good or really hurts. Or possibly about how a simple animal in your life can make any and all cares go away. Or how the search for that one job that makes you happy and financially secure. Or a rant on the Boston Bruins (one on my personal fav teams, being from Boston origionally). But since my love life has been higgly piggly (a mess for those not knowing the vernacular) for the past six months. For those in the know and even those not in the know I split up with my fiance in the Fall. Out of the split I gained one loving cat and a few pieces of furniature. It was tough to revive myself but I got it done. Through puppy therapy with my dog, Timander, and my friends (all of which i love dearly...) I was able to return to my normal and usual self. Whether or not it's a good thing you'll have to talk to my grandmother. (She still hates the goatee...) Post relationships following anything long term are rough. Some you date want to see you more than you do. Let's face it...it's best to just take your time in a relationship so that no one really get's hurt and you both understand the position the both of you are in. Or on the other side they like you and you really like them but they keep you at an arms length. I'll never admit to understanding the female race. They are confusing at times and the best of everything a lot of other times. My lesson from all of this is don't fall too quickly for someone and make sure they have all their brain cells in alignment. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it!!! - LewisG

Welcome to the latest Blog on the internet done by yours truly Lewis G. What is a Blog you may ask? Well it's a place on the internet where you can post your thoughts, feelings, links, and other random musings and rants for the consumption of the general public (or in my case my friends). I'm new to this so things may seem a bit disjointed at times but trust me it's all good!! Keep checking here during the week cause I'm gonna attempt a post per day, less on the weekend due to a social life I'm trying to keep. Enjoy the reading and the first full post should appear today. - LewisG
